With Ericsson and based in Montreal, Canada since 2000 where I started my career as a software developer, my passion for scaling software delivery has driven me to build and transform development organizations to unleash scalable delivery and happier developers.
I love working collaboratively with both technical teams and leadership to provide the needed support in evolving our practices and technologies and have worked with both small two-pizza teams as well as large development and delivery organizations.
In my non-geeky time, I care a lot about people, music, animals, and antiques. I travel often with family and friends, especially to see live music. I also volunteer with local animal rescues to help them integrate technologies that make their rescue management lives easier – the joy of leveraging technology to help in that way is amazing. My husband and I love art and antiques, and we are often found at auctions looking for just the right piece to add to our collection.
