As founder of 'MamaNest', she has pioneered two flagship events 'MamaTech AI Studio', and the 'Women's Career Conference' alongside other activities to build a comprehensive career-growth ecosystem for women. Starting with Moms, Mahsa founded the 'Intelligent Nest' next to deliver AI-enhanced employment services to English-speaking women in Quebec's Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector.
Beyond her own ventures,She is deeply committed to the broader landscape of women's empowerment and Social Impact and has contributed to impactful initiatives including WEDO Canada, the Social Business Creation competition from HEC Montreal, and the N.E.W Venture Program. She combines technical expertise with heart-led strategy to prove that career resilience and caregiving are not mutually exclusive.
