Thomas Gaudy is a UX designer, computer science researcher, and co-founder of the social economy organization Ludociels pour tous (Games for All), which works to promote the inclusion and accessibility of digital interfaces. He holds a PhD in computer science and specializes in the study of digital ergonomics, cognitive and social psychology, and experimental games, leading him to design accessible video games, particularly for audiences with various disabilities. At Ludociels pour tous, Thomas works as a UX design consultant, offering ergonomic design services and guiding socially-oriented digital projects to ensure their inclusivity. His professional commitment thus combines research, teaching, UX consulting, and the creation of inclusive digital entertainment, reflecting his passion for the social impact of digital technologies.
Stéphanie Akré is a social entrepreneur and co-founder of Ludociels pour tous, a social economy organization that helps design inclusive digital tools. Before co-founding Ludociels pour tous, Stéphanie worked as a massage therapist/physiotherapist. It was this experience in providing care and support that led her to reflect on the challenges of accessibility and inclusion in daily life, particularly through digital technology. Her professional journey has been marked by a significant transition: after experiencing burnout, she chose to redirect her career towards social entrepreneurship and learn on the job the skills related to managing an organization, digital communication, and collective entrepreneurship.
