Requirements management in a project goes far beyond simply defining SMART objectives. It requires clear sequencing and structured prioritization, which necessitates a thoughtful analysis of needs and their impact.
This presentation will offer a demonstration and contextualization of several simple tools for effectively defining, organizing, and managing requirements. The presentation will cover: the Eisenhower Matrix, SWOT/FFMO analysis, the MoSCoW method, and the INVEST/AQUSA criteria.
This presentation will be given in French.
